Week 14 2025:
60466 — HubSpot 2.0: Map Project's "Estimated Start Date" Field
You can now map the Estimated Start Date in CMap to any HubSpot field of your choice, rather than being limited to the Close Date. This flexibility allows you to automatically set the correct start date for your projects based on your preferred HubSpot field.
If the Estimated Start Date is not mapped, an error will be shown as usual. This update enhances your ability to configure the integration according to your needs.

60466 — HubSpot 2.0: Companies + Contacts Sync at Trigger Stage
You can now ensure that only relevant contacts and companies are pushed to CMap once a deal reaches its trigger stage. This helps you keep your HubSpot database clean, sharing only the necessary records with CMap.
If the company or contact already exists in CMap, the project and record will be updated accordingly. Sync errors will continue to occur if contacts aren't associated with the primary company or if a deal lacks required contacts or companies.

Week 13 2025:
60584 — Summary by Role Invoice Bookmark
We’ve added a new invoicing bookmark that lets you summarise billed time by role instead of listing it out person by person.
If you’d prefer to present your Time & Materials invoices this way, just use the new "timebilledbyrole" bookmark in your sales invoice templates—it's ready to go!

60584 — In-line Editing & Auto-save in Fee Estimator Templates
We’ve carried over some recent upgrades from the project Fee Estimator to the Fee Estimator Templates admin tool. You can now use in-line editing and auto-save when updating Stages and Tasks—making template changes faster and easier.

Week 07 2025:
60634 — Timeline Default Stage Duration Update
We recently upgraded the Timeline to include "Dependencies". As part of this update, we also adjusted the default durations of stages.
Previously, stages defaulted to span the entire project duration (from start date to end date). While this was helpful for feeding the Staffing Prediction Report, it created a challenge when setting up Dependencies. The first step would often require you to manually shorten the stage duration before adding dependencies, which wasn’t ideal.
To simplify this, we changed the default stage duration to 5 days, making it easier to get started with Dependencies. However, we received great feedback: “Since we already have the budget in the Fee Estimator, why not use that to set the default stage duration?” It’s an excellent suggestion, and we’ve listened! Now, we’ve upgraded the tool to automatically set the stage duration based on the largest budget for each stage.
For example, if a stage includes a Consultant with a budget of 5 days and an Analyst with a budget of 20 days, the default stage duration will automatically be set to 20 days, based on the larger budget. And, of course, you can still adjust the stage durations manually in the Timeline as needed.
This enhancement aligns stage durations more closely with the actual resource budgets and reduces the amount of setup required to make Dependencies work.
