Accessing CMap Mail Search & Discovery

Introduction

Use this guide to see the many ways to access Search & Discovery. 

CMap Mail Search & Discovery is where you can search and locate your filed emails. There are several ways to access Search & Discovery.

If you are using CMap PSA

If you are using CMap PSA, CMap Mail will be linked to your instance via the integration.

  1. Go to your CMap instance
  2. Find the relevant project from your 'Projects' list on CMap
  3. Once you find it, click on the 'Mail' tab
  4. The tab will display the emails that have been filed to this project via CMap Mail

 

If you are not using CMap PSA

If you are not using CMap PSA, there are two ways to access Search & Discovery:

  1. By clicking on 'Go to CMap Mail' button in your Outlook
  2. By going to discovery.cmapmail.com and logging in with your 365 Microsoft account
