Accessing Confidential Emails on CMap Mail

Introduction

This article covers how to access confidential emails on CMap Mail.

You can only access confidential emails if you have the appropriate permissions assigned by a CMap Mail Admin.

Instructions

1.  Go to CMap Mail Search and Discovery.
2. Select the project(s) you want to search.
3. Click on the 'Show Confidential Emails' button.

This will display the confidential emails that have been filed into the project(s). You can switch back to non-confidential emails by clicking on the 'Show Regular Emails' button.
