Using CMap Mail on Mobile Devices

Introduction

Use this guide if you want guidance on how to use CMap Mail on your mobile device.

Prerequisites

Please note that the File on Send feature is not compatible with mobile devices. So, if you only have CMap Mail (S) deployed, CMap Mail will not available.  In order to use CMap Mail on your mobile devices, you'll need to deploy CMap Mail Original (you have both versions deployed simultaneously).

CMap Mail on Mobile Devices

1. Open Outlook on your mobile device.
2. Open the email you want to file.
3. Click on the 3 dots.
4. Select CMap Mail.
5. Select the project you want to file to.
6. Select the information you want to tag with email with.
7. Click on 'File'.

If you do not want to deploy CMap Mail Original, you can file emails from your sent folder instead.
