'No Hubites were found for your account' error on CMap Mail

Introduction

Use this guide if you have encountered this error:

'No Hubsites were found for you account. Please contact your administrator to get access to the required hubsites.'

What does this mean?

The Hubsite has not been registered on our internal system.

Resolution 

Send your CMap Mail Hubsite URL link to your CMap Consultant or to the CMap PIM & Mail Support team and they will arrange the registration for you.
