Follow this guide if you or a team member has encountered the 'You don't have permission to file into this project' error.
What does this error mean?
This error is typically associated with permissions and project access on CMap Mail or CMap PIM.
Resolution
The correct resolution will depend on whether or not you are currently using CMap PIM.
If you are using CMap PIM:
You will need Project Member or Project Owner access to the PIM project you are trying to file to. If you are using public projects on PIM, you can add yourself to the project as a Project Member. If you are using private projects, you'll need to contact an existing Project Owner to add you.
If you are using CMap Mail:
Contact a CMap Mail Admin to check if you have been added as a member to the project on the CMap Mail Admin Centre.
