Introduction
Use this guide if you have encountered this error when trying to access the CMap Mail Admin Centre:
'You are not a member of the administrators group. You must be added to the CMap Mail Admins group to access this page'
What does this mean?
Access to the Admin Centre could not be granted as you do not have the right permissions assigned to your account. You need to be a CMap Mail Admin in order to access the Admin Centre.
Resolution
You'll need your Microsoft 365 Global Admin to assign you to the 'CMap Mail Admins' security group. Please reach out to them to arrange.
