The Set Up Team Targets Tool can be used to set an Annual Target for Teams / Business Units to enable you to track and report on the income and revenue generated for your key Clients in comparison to your Annual Targets.
Reporting on Team Targets is available via the "Gap Analysis by Team" Standard Report, and can also be used within Report Builder to create Custom Reports and Dashboards.
1. From your Dashboard, head to CMap's Admin area by clicking on the icon, found on the right-hand side of the page. Under the heading CONTENT, select Team Targets.
2. Select the appropriate Office from the drop-down menu.
3. Set the appropriate Target values against each of the Teams in that Office in the Target text box.
4. When you are happy with the value entered, click Save. You can then repeat this process for each of the Offices you have set up in the database.
Hopefully now you can set up Teams Targets to manage the sales targets for each of your teams. These can be updated and stored so that they remain up-to-date in the system.
