Invoicing Summary & WIP

On Time and Materials Projects, the Invoicing Summary Page has been updated, including the Fee Summary window being renamed to the "Invoicing Summary & WIP". CMap’s Invoicing Summary and WIP makes it really simple to see your project’s financial standing at a glance. It shows up-to-date values of the fee budget, invoiced so far, work in progress and additionals. Below you will find a summary of how these values are calculated.

Project Currency

The currency the project has been created using.

Fee Budget

This shows the Fee element taken from your project’s Fee Estimator. It is calculated by Fees +/- Adjustments. It is important to note, this does not include Additionals, which are shown separately.

Additionals Budget

This value is taken from adding all of the Additionals in the ‘Additionals’ section of your Project’s Fee Estimator.

Fees Invoiced So Far

This is the total value of all of the invoice lines marked as ‘Fees’ on your project’s created invoices.

Additionals Invoiced So Far 

This calculation shows the total value of invoice lines marked as ‘Additionals’ on your project’s created invoices.

Fees Written Off

This should show the total value of the time that has been selected as written off on a project.

Work In Progress (WIP)

This is the value of time that has been spent on your project but has not yet been invoiced or written off. We work out the WIP calculation by: Total Value of Time Booked – Invoiced So Far – Time Written Off ’
