The Leads module enables you to record your initial interactions with your Clients before a specific request has arisen. It is important to regularly review and close Leads that are no longer active, so that you can focus on the Leads that are still genuine opportunities. However, there are occasions where you may need to re-open a Lead that has previously been closed. This article will show you the steps to take to re-open a Lead.
- From your Dashboard, click the icon to expand the search bar in the right-hand corner.
- Begin to type in the Project Title and CMap will search the database. The Project will appear next to Lost Leads. Click on the blue link to go to the Lead Details page.
Click the Actions menu on the right-hand side. Select Re-open this Lead.
A pop-up box will appear asking whether you want to re-open this lead.
Then click Yes and the Lead will now be active again and will appear with All Leads.
Hopefully, you can now re-open a lost Lead, so that you can set activities against them to prevent them from going cold again.
