The Sales Matrix report shows you which clients are buying which services. Where there’s a gap, there may be a cross-selling opportunity. The report lists all clients you’ve ever invoiced and the values shown are how much you invoiced during the chosen time period.
1. From your Dashboard, head to the Reports tab.
2. Under the heading SALES & REVENUE REPORTS, click Sales Matrix.
3. Click RUN REPORT. Select the relevant Filters and then press Run.
Here, you’ll see a list of clients and the Project Types that they are buying services from. These are taken from the Project Types you have setup in CMap.
You can add more or change your Project Types using the Dropdown List Editor Admin Tool.
Hopefully you now know how to access the Sales Matrix report to identify which clients are buying which services. Knowing this will allow you to also identify any gaps, where there may be a cross-selling opportunity.
