CMap’s Fee Estimator Export Template tool allows you to edit Estimator Export templates so that they are formatted based on your business requirements. You can also archive any templates that are no longer required.

Edit a Fee Estimator Export Template
1. From your Dashboard, head to CMap's Admin area by clicking on the 
icon, found on the right-hand side of the page. Under the heading TEMPLATES select Fee Estimator Export Template.
2. Select the Office (if there are multiple offices) that you wish to edit a Fee Estimator Export Template for from the drop-down list. The Fee Estimator Export Template that you have saved to that Office will be listed.
3. Click the 
icon to the right-hand side of the Template Name that you wish to edit.
4. Now you can amend the Office, Template Name and the File that has been saved for the template.
5. Once you have made any amends, you can click the Save.
Should you wish to cancel any amends at this point, you can click the Cancel button and the template will be saved as it was prior to any changes being made.
Archive a Fee Estimator Export Template
1. From your Dashboard, head to CMap's Admin area by clicking on the 
icon, found on the right-hand side of the page. Under the heading TEMPLATES select Fee Estimator Export Template.
2. Select the Office (if there are multiple offices) that you wish to edit a Fee Estimator Export Template for from the drop-down list. The Fee Estimator Export Template that you have saved to that Office will be listed.
3. Click the 
icon to the right-hand side of the Template Name that you wish to delete. A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to archive the template.
4. Click Yes to continue to delete the Template or Cancel to avoid deleting the Template.
Hopefully you can now edit your Fee Estimator Export Templates so that they are formatted to suit your business requirements. You should also be able to archive any templates that are no longer required.
