Go into the Contacts tab and locate a contact by entering their name into the Search box or by changing the dropdown menu on the left hand side of the Search box to Contacts and then clicking Search.
All Contacts will come up in alphabetical order of their Surnames underneath the Blue Search Results bar.
All of your contact names will appear on the screen as links in Blue. Click on your chosen contact.
Their contact details will then appear. On the right hand side of the page, there are 4 buttons with the button Set as Favourite at the top of the list. Click on the button for Save Contact to Outlook at the bottom of this list.
A contact box in Outlook will appear. You will be able to save or delete the contact within this window.
