To Add a Web Form
Step 1: Click on the Marketing tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Then Click on the Web Forms link on the Blue Bar.
Step 3: A list of all the forms that have been previously created will be here on this screen.
Step 4: To add a new web form, click the Add a New Web Form button on the top right hand corner of the screen. A box will appear asking you to enter a name for your new Web Form. Enter a name and click on the Create Web Form button.
On the right hand side of the screen, you will notice a box titled Web Form Details. In here, you can edit information about your Web Form - the name of the Web Form along with the message the visitor will see once they have completed the form.
Step 5: To create your form, under the blue header Build Your Form - select from the dropdown menu a field you wish to add into the form. Then click on the Add Field button to add this in. Repeat this to add as many fields as you like into your form.
Step 6: To give your form some direction - under the blue header Form Actions click on the Add Action button and a menu will appear. Choose the command that you wish to do, a box will appear.
Step 7: You will be asked to choose an action from the dropdown menu in the box.
NOTE: Should you wish to delete any Form Actions, click the 'X' on the far right hand side of the row you wish to delete.
