Step 1: Click on the Time tab at the top of the page.
NOTE: The very first time that you go into your Timesheet, it will probably be Blank.
Step 2: Add a row onto your Timesheet by clicking the Add Timesheet Row button at the top right hand side of the screen.
Step 3: A box will appear in the middle of the screen. Here you can select an Internal Code such as a Public Holiday or Internal Meeting in the top Dropdown box or Search for a Project in the bottom box.
Step 4: Choose your code and then press the Add button underneath. This will add a row into your Timesheet.
Step 5: To add time into your timesheet, just click on the relevant day that you wish to add your hours into and type in your relevant time. You will notice, notes can be added on each day too if necessary.
Repeat steps 2, 3 4 and 5 to add any additional lines into your Timesheet.
If you want to add a project into the Timesheet then you can search for a project by title, code or client to add it in (enter the project number or name in the bottom box in Step 3).
NOTE: Make sure that you continually save your Timesheet by clicking the Save Changes button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Step 6: Once you have entered all of your time information, click on the Submit Timesheet button at the top of the page.
Once you have submitted your Timesheet for the week with all of the correct information, CMAP will then move your Timesheet onto the next week with all of the same Timesheet Rows that you put in for the previous week.
If there are any rows which no longer apply to your Timesheet, you can click on the 'X' on the far right hand side of that row to remove it.
NOTE: If you haven’t entered enough time, CMAP will not allow you to submit your Timesheet so make sure it’s completed properly.
Finally, any time that you have submitted will appear in your My Project Time box on your Dashboard (located on the Home tab/on your Dashboard).
