The development team are locked down, coding away on new features, upgrades and bug fixes to bestow upon you. Here's a heads up on the key developments that will be going live w/c 26th March.
We're adding in some useful new bookmark options into the Invoice Template Editor, things like a fee breakdown and outstanding invoice information for the project. These bookmarks will be extra little tables you can add as supplementary information to your invoice, perhaps as a backing sheet. The full list of available bookmarks will be updated and linked as usual from the Invoice Template Editor page.
Currently, Revenue Phasing is at the Project level in CMAP but we will soon be giving you the ability to phase revenue down to Workstage level. If you'd rather continue phasing revenue as you are, that's absolutely fine as the current tool will remain the same. However, if this would be of interest, get in touch when this development sprint goes live and we can arrange to switch this feature on for you.
When a Purchase Invoice was part of a batch which was submitted, we recently made a change which meant that you were not able to edit this from the Budget Vs Actual page without first unsubmitting the batch. We've had some feedback that this was a bit too strict, and it's been requested that we open up the ability to change the Additional/External that the PI relates to even when the batch is submitted on the BvA page. We'll be making a change so that this is possible again in the current development sprint. Permission to make these edits will still be dependent on the security settings that you have in place.
