Follow the steps below if you are using Microsoft Outlook on an Exchange Server. If you are not seeing the options mentioned below, check with your IT Department that you have the appropriate permissions to do this. If you have any questions, just let us know.
In an Internet Browser Window go to your exchange control panel (ecp), ours for example is https://mail.j-media.com/ecp and sign-in using your usual credentials
Click on Organization in the menu on the left hand side.
Click the Apps link at the top of the list.
Click the + and select Add from URL from the small dropdown menu
In the popup that appears paste the following URL https://outlookaddin.cmaphq.com/my-office-add-in-manifest.xml
Then Click Install
Then follow the on screen instructions and when this has completed successfully, you should now be able to click on the CMAP logo from your Outlook Toolbar. This should then open a new panel to the right hand side of your Outlook Window.
